We help you find your dream venue if you haven't already secured your venue. Once your venue and date is selected, our process begins with a detailed questionnaire and discovery call so we can really get to know you, your background, and understand what’s most important to you. We will comb through your vision boards, discuss the venue at length, and outline a complete roadmap for planning, designing, and executing your event.
As your day approaches, we go into management mode, receiving and tracking RSVPs, finalizing the timeline, creating seating chart diagrams, and ironing out every detail. On the day (or the weekend) of your event, we’re part hosts, part concierges, part directors. We are there to greet all vendors, calm your nerves, deliver welcome bags, flawlessly execute, account for the unexpected, and oversee all break-down and clean-up. We don’t rest until every part of your event has been flawlessly and seamlessly executed.
04. bringing it to life
As every event and couple is unique, we create a custom vision board and color palette for your wedding day. Upon approval we will further hand select the remaining team of vendors needed to carry out your vision. Ultimately, we assist with determining every physical and visual aspect of your event, while ensuring it reflects your values, family dynamics, style, dreams, and desires.
03. Design
We will review location rules and guidelines, discussing the flow and schematics of the event, including back-up plans for inclement weather, and what exactly needs to be brought into the space to create the desired atmosphere. We fully manage the vendor selection process, presenting you with refined concepts and proposals from those who best suit your event. Equally fit for your wedding vision, we will complete your wedding website, and order & ship your Save the Date cards to ensure your guests can begin planning their travel and accommodations.

Our job is to coordinate with your entire wedding team, including chef, photographer, floral designer, rental collections, entertainment artists, stationer, and more.
